• why isn't every weekend a long weekend?
  friday night, i saw the million dollar baby w/ kyu, ruth & steve.  omg...that was such a depressing movie.  haha...steve was so mad. 

  
  

  saturday, jennine, jenny & i went down to school for a quick visit.  we hadn't been back there in ages!  we were itching for some niu ro mien (beef noodle soup) from mandarin wok and apple cider slushies from curtis orchards.  so that's what we just did.  mandarin wok was a little disappointing.  i think they changed their recipe or something.  it just wasn't how i remembered it to be.    but the apple slushies were fabulous!  it was perfect for that sweltering hot day.  aish, it was hot.  i'll have to post pictures soon.  there were 2 big changes on campus that we noticed: the union bowling alley & billiards and WIMPE.  holy crap.  they totally renovated the bowling alley with all these hi-tech scoreboard screens, new lanes & funky lighting.  it was like cosmic bowling!  and there were pool tables and lots of new couches to lounge on.  they also had 3 DDR machines.  and WIMPE...wow.  that place is huge and the indoor pool they have is awesome.  i felt like i was at an amusement park b/c it had a huge slide, jacuzzi, and waterfall.  i wish i still went to school!  ...just for that.  haha.

  
  

  sunday was just another lazy sunday of church, wedding appts, shopping, & football.  i need more sleep.  i'm tired.
