i dont get it. please explain to me this korean tradition of picking pencils or something.
all the different items on the table signify something. you're supposed to see what object the baby chooses. if he chooses a pencil, then he's going to be smart (or something). markers = artist or artistic. balls = sports/athletic. dollar bill = wealthy. i'm not sure what the bowl of rice signifies..

he picked up a bunch of things. but i think he really liked the pencils and markers.
