Well don't know yet, just weighing all the possibilities and not automatically saying no or yes...waiting for the leak in our current place to get fixed. And there's a townhouse in Glenview we saw quite a while ago whose seller keeps coming back to us and saying they'll lower price even more...probably very desperate to sell. They originally were selling for 270k but willing to go down to 230k now I think. It's similar size to our current house except everything older like maybe 80s-90s stuff and I think one less bedroom. Hm don't think there was a garage like we have one now...or maybe there was, I forget.
